I went back and read some of my past blogs for Round 2 and got a bit discouraged. Wow, round 2 was a total flop. I'm back at the weight I was when I first started round 2. It's ok though. This is a new round and a new chance to reach my goal. I also noticed that while the nuts I ate during loading days gave me .... let's just say it gave me issues in the bathroom... it didn't make me gain as much as I thought it would. I do have to admit even though I loaded and made nice oily salads and gluten free pizzas I was a bit careful on what I loaded on. No french fries. So I'm going to take it as a sign from the Deities that this will be a great round.
I woke up this morning and weighed myself. I took one bite of an apple. I'm going to split one of those apples up and eat it through out the day to help me with my blood sugar issues. My stomach is screaming at me right now. HUNGRY! HUNGRY! I mean really? I ate my last loading food, a pint of chocolate ice cream, at 1am this morning. It's 11am. WTF? I popped a diet pill and am sipping on coffee and hope to last one more hour until lunch.

Do you have life caps or apple cider vinegar? Some claim life caps help curb their hunger. I personally take a swig of the ACV in water and that kills my appetite.

I haven't experienced hunger at all and am wondering why you are? Is your HCG dosage correct? Could it be a quality issue? I could NEVER do 500 calories/day if I was hungry and experiencing blood sugar issues!
