Thank you for the suggestion, It's much better than doing steak day. I'm not feeling like I'm starving all day. I did another cheese and apple day today also but had a few almond flour crackers with my cheese this evening. I did skate this morning and I did take the children to the pool. We'll see what happens. :)
wow, three pounds from cheese and apples, thats awesome. I didnt do that yesterday since I heard it wasnt as effective as the other 'days'. Next time Ill try it~
