Elana's Cucumber Salad

I have to admit, I love Elana's Pantry website. I wanted to share this cucumber salad. The picture is from her site:

Cucumber Salad
2 cucumbers, peeled
½ cup apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon celtic sea salt

1. Cut the cucumber into ¼ inch slices
2. Place in a medium bowl
3. Cover with vinegar and sprinkle with salt
4. Serve
