Yesterday I did a steak-ish day. I actually had breakfast in the morning, eggs and sausage. In the middle of the day I was so hungry I had an apple. Around 5ish I had the steak. No almond butter all day and I skipped my 2 hour physical fitness bootcamp since I skated so much this weekend. I always seem to gain at least a pound of water retention for torn muscles which makes it trickier to hold the weight at the LIW. This morning I woke up at:
146.0 lbs
What a relief!!!
