Crazy Ups and Downs

I noticed I was pretty hungry yesterday through out the day. I also noticed I got hungrier the day after I roller skated for 5-6 hours.  Saturday I didn't eat regularly through out the day only because I wasn't home to get the food I needed and didn't want to eat out. But I did eat, just not at my "normal times". I skated 2 hours in the morning and 4 hours in the evening and ate fairly late. The next day Sunday, I skated 2 hours in the morning and was hungry!! I also was craving almond butter again. Last night I ate again fairly late, 10:00 pm (steak and chicken w/ plain goat yogurt and cucumbers). And almond butter. A few teaspoons... ok maybe they were tablespoons. I call it "crack" butter. I'm sure the people who can it sprinkle crack on it! Geez!! I'm always wanting that stuff! I'm not technically "over 2 pounds" today but right at 2 pounds. Can that be a result of the crack butter, water retention from hours of exercise, not eating on a regular schedule or a combination of factors. I think that shots and low calorie diet was easier! I knew what to eat, what not to eat and falls from grace where clear cut. No cookies, no biscottis, no delicious morsels of chocolate. But almond butter... seems healthy... allowed on diet in "small" quantities. "Small" is relative. 3.5 oz is absolute. I need the exact number of oz. :) That's what the problem is! Yes, I'll keep telling myself that. 


To do a steak day or not to do a steak day?! I'm leaning towards not and just eating more proteins and no crack butter. I'll probably take a half of a diet pill. I know diet pills are bad but so is that crack butter! I have a long few weeks ahead with this phase 3 and phase 4 stuff. Then I plan to do another round of HCG. No rest for the wicked. Damn almond butter!
