TGIF

Today's Weight: 134.4

Yesterday's Weight: 136.4

Difference: -2.0

I'm happy about the loss and I am finally at where I was a week ago. TOM is threatening to arrive this weekend so I'm going to have to be extra careful not to go off the protocol.

  2. hi, i am trying to work out to become an ameture bodybuilder and want to become a 'pro' i am sixteen and have a 9.2 BF% i would realy like to get a six and possibly even eight pack abs do you recomend anything for fat burning workouts that I can do to help? thank you

  3. Lahore, thanks for the links. You're BF % is so low already and I'm not sure about the BF % for a competative bodybuilder. I know that being 16 is going to have a huge impact on your body composition. I'm afraid I don't know and would suggest you contact a sports doctor or/and a trainer. If you're planning on going pro you'll have to invest in having experts available any way. :( The investment is worth though it though! Good luck but be careful not do over do it. :)
