P3/P4 combo
I've been eating badly, plain and simple. I'm going to try to refocus and eat more P3 foods. I've added two more days of exercise besides my 3 days of roller derby practice and that always throws me off some because I get more hungry.
I know I avoid updating my blog lately just because I don't want to have to look at my weight or admit I've been eating crap.
One thing I have noticed that I have mixed feelings about is muscle building. Adding 2 days of exercise focused on building muscle has made me get a little bulkier. Ug. Ok that's great and all until my ass and thighs don't fit in my pants. I've been 135 before and this time around I'm having a more difficult time fitting into my 135lb size clothes. It's great that it's all firmed and defined but it still makes me look bigger! Waa waa. I'll have to sort out how much of that 5 pounds is muscle and how much is naughty ice cream weight!
