Phase 3 Day 1

I went ahead and stopped Phase 2 for now, today was my third day without the injection and my first day eating in phase 3. I also got TOM full blown so I'm going to stop taking the HCG injections but will keep a 700-800 calorie diet for my TOM days. We'll see how it goes.
