Round 3 VLCD
I've been having these spells for the last 3 days where I kinda lose my footing and fall over to the side. I've never fallen all the way to the ground. I end up catching myself by crossing over quickly with the other foot which is a common derby move. I've been falling over without my skates I mean. Getting off the toilet or getting out of bed, usually standing up. I didn't think too much of it. But last night I had another episode of cereal eating. I bought this amaranth/quinoa/corn cereal and last night I had a pretty huge bowl with Mootopia milk. I was just so hungry I didn't care if I gained. This morning I had lost .6 pounds. Hum. So this morning I ate another bowl of cereal for breakfast. OMG! What a huge difference. I wasn't hungry and starving all day and I had a lot more energy at derby practice. I also didn't have any of the falling over spells today. I decided not to inject myself this morning because I was going to start my 72 hour down time and stop this round. I was just too hungry and even though I wasn't turning yellow like I did before I just didn't know if the HCG was working any more. Whatever, I was miserable. But today gave me a little bit of hope and I thought I would take a day off the injection today, eat a little bit of carbs, see how it affects the weight loss and take it from there. I will see if I gain or lose tomorrow. If I have a loss at all I am going to continue with this round but add a bowl of cereal in the morning. I totally don't understand or know why that makes a huge difference but it does and it might help keep me on track. Again, focus, one day at a time.
Hey Meli,
ReplyDeleteI had wanted to leave you a comment for you last couple of posts but had problems with the space where you have to type in the word verification - the box was not showing up.
Just wanted to say sleep on your decision whether to continue or not. It I were you I would try to keep going until I reached 135. Psychologically it woudl be good to be in the next decade of numbers (130s) on the scale and then you have the +- 2 lbs to stabilize with. But whatever you decide, dont beat yourself up about the decision. You know your body best.
Thank you Kathryn! I'm going to try to go to 135. Thanks for the support and suggestions and I'll try to go easier on myself.
