That's an incredible gain, in a bad way. What's the deal? I haven't cheated at all. Nothing off the protocol for phase 3. I'm so frustrated. Oh and I won't even mention exercise. I guess hours of roller derby isn't enough. Ug! My hands and face are a bit swollen in the mornings. I didn't want to do a steak day today because I can tell my sugar is dropping if I don't eat. I get dizzy and shaky. I have to get a glucometer but part of me doesn't even want to know. I didn't have this problem after the first round of HCG. Every time is different right? I'm frustrated but not giving up. I've been hungry the last few days too. Really hungry. I've eaten a bit more than what I ate today the last few days. Today I took diet pills today. If I'm hungry there is no stopping me from eating. I'm drinking a lot of water though it seems like I'm never fully hydrated. My diet today:
Breakfast:
2 eggs (over easy no butter)
AM Snack:
1/2 apple
1/3 cup of homemade 24 hour yogurt with Stevia
5-6 walnuts (halves/pieces)
Lunch:
1/2 sirloin steak
small lettuce salad with sugar free organic buttermilk dressing
4 pieces of cauliflower with cheese
PM Snack:
4 walnuts (halves/pieces)
4 oz of homemade coconut milk with a tiny bit of stevia
1/2 homemade coconut flour "cupcake"
Exercise (planned): 6pm-7p speed skate class
7p- ? roller skating
Running a low grade fever. (Which I usually do, nothing new).
I'm going to go bang my head against the wall now. Does that count as exercise?

Hi Meli are you keeping up with your caloric intake? Sometimes if we don't eat enough food we gain weight.

ReplyDeleteYeah I've considered the too little food issue. It just seemed like those first few days I was eating everything in sight. (Within the protocol, no cheating). So it was difficult to gage. I totally know I should keep a journal and calculate my food intake but I am horrible at it. That's why I never did Weight Watchers or any other diet that required a food log. I think I need to increase the veggies/fruit and decrease the protein/fat just a tad. I'm not stopping though. I know I'll get this right! :)
