I had a weak moment last night. I'm glad I still lost a pound. I was so hungry that at night I ended up eating meat patties and chocolate. I was under the influence of Ambien but I knew what I was doing. No excuses! My husband was actually suppose to be watching me and not allowing me to eat but I think he falls asleep before I do! I think he also feels bad for me and always says, "just don't eat more than one". Of course it's never just one! That's ok though. I won't be too hard on myself. Tomorrow is a new day and tonight I will handcuff myself to the bed! Lol.
