Back Up

Weight Yesterday: 137.0

Weight Day Before that: 141.0
Before that: 143.5

LIW: 130.6
Over by 6.4 lbs

I was happy when I hit 128.6 lbs. Under 130! Wow! But under 130 with HCG just isn't in my future. I got so hungry that I went on binge eating and now I'm at 137.0. I had big drops because I ate fried pickles one night which had gluten. OMG. I was so swollen then next day. Like a blimp.

The HCG wasn't working very well any more and I began to look hungry. I also got Invisilign braces and you can't eat with them on so I only ate more when I had them off. I'm going to have to lose the weight the old fashion way for these last 10 pounds.

I have some pictures.

March 13, 2011 with my new invisible braces! 130's

March 20, 2011 I'm the green blur in the green shirt, black pants. 132ish lbs.

April 10, 2011 After a night of sinful gluten filled fried pickles and chicken wings. 140's lbs

I was 137 yesterday but didn't want to weigh myself today. I've been hungry and having some bad cravings but my goal is to keep to P3 as much as possible, throw some correction days in there if I can, and try to limit my calorie intake enough to lose the last 10 pounds in a few of months. 1-2 a week. Oh that's going to hurt! Taking 3 months to lose 10 pounds! But again, the best diet is the one that you can keep to not the one that takes off the weight the fastest.

  1. I have often wondered what it would be like when it's time to stop. Good job figuring that out, and great job getting to a healthy weight, overall. I am thinking this might be my last round of diet right now, and to try and go the tried and true method for the last 12 - 17 pounds, myself. Best!

  2. That's a good way to look at it. I'm glad I'm not the only one. Let me know if you find a good diet to follow. I'm going to start researching.

  3. I'm only on my 2nd Round, but during P3 of my first round I continued to see great results. My original plan was to follow a Weight Watchers plan, but found that just following P3 was good enough for me! Congrats on all of your progress!!!

  4. Schatzi, thank you. Since I'm gluten free, nut free and dairy free (when I'm good) makes weight watchers a little difficult but I'll look into it. I still notice I get too hungry on P3 and I'm not sure if it's because of the lack of carbs and roller derby. Definitely staying P3ish as long as I can. Good luck on round 2. Did you find you had any food intolerances while on P3?

  5. Honestly, I never found any food toleranced during P3! I continued to add back foods slowly and just listened to my body. And I never counted calories after P2 either. I ate when I felt hungry and stopped when I felt satisfied vs full. I do have issues with carbs.. of course! Because that's what I LOVE! Once I hit my final goal I plan to maintain mostly following P3 with occasional P4. Sounds like that's what you do too ;)

  6. I'm glad you are doing so well. Kudos! (but not the unhealthy kind). I definitely have a problem with eating until satisfied. I'm working on that. :)
