I was really excited to see the loss. I jumped up and down on the scale for a few times to make sure it was true.
The best part is that I've only turned yellow (jaundice) once during this round. My addiction to cereal helps control the dizziness and jaundice. I wonder if the Melba toast provides a little bit of carbs for those HCG dieters that are not gluten intolerant.
I haven't been as hungry today. I was really hungry when I woke up. So hungry that I ate 3 small (kids) bowls of cereal which I think makes it one large bowl of cereal. TOM is having commitment issues as always. TOM appears in the morning then goes away. Sometimes he loiters during the day then he takes off. This usually lasts for 8-10 days. Lovely. Endometriosis sucks.
I'm very curious to see what happens with my weight tomorrow. I wanted to keep the cereal to one small kids bowl a day but I'm sure TOM is contributing to the cravings.

Breakfast
1 large bowl of Mesa cereal with milk
1 boiled egg
tea with 1/2 & 1/2
Snack: apple
Lunch
3.5 oz grilled chicken
3.5 oz steamed cabbage
Snack: none
6pm: late HCG shot (I forgot)
Dinner 7:00 pm
3.5 oz lean ground beef
3.5 oz lettuce
Hansen diet coke
