Today is the 23rd day! Finally when I get towards the end I start losing and being able to stick with the diet. TOM visited me today and is here to stay for a few days. I went ahead and injected myself today. I'm still VERY unsure if I'm going to continue with VLCD after TOM. I'm still taking things one day at a time and today it's the 23rd day and the last injection. I think getting to 135 is a huge success. My liver did great this round. There wasn't a day that I got jaundice.
I won't inject myself for the next 2 days regardless if I continue to 130 or not. My final goal is 125 but since I had a difficult time stabilizing and maintaining I might just take the 135 and run with it. But it took so long for me to start losing and get use to the hunger that it would be a total pain to do that again. Ug! Oh well, 2 days is 2 days.
