Ok I Asked For It

Today's Weight: 144.2
Yesterday's Weight: 141.8

Difference: +2.6 (if my math is right)

Ok I asked for it on that gain. I ate some ice cream last night. I also ate some tiramisu. My husband was actually proud of me this morning and was a bit relieved I had ate it. I'm beginning to stress so much about the number on the scale and everything I can't eat that he was happy I just let it go. Eventually I know I have to work on that issue and stop obsessing about the number on the scale. Sometimes I just want to go to bed early and go to sleep so I can get to morning and to the time I have to weigh myself to see if the scale has moved. I have to have to have to stop obsessing about it! Oops, I'm already obsessing about not obsessing! Geez I'm a lost cause.

Cheese and Apple Day for me today. I wasn't miserable. I did eat a few bites of dark chocolate. I forgave myself and let it go.

  1. Whoops! Time to get back on track. tomorrow is a new day, and you can just start over. Will you do a steak day or an apple/cheese day? I've done both many times, and had good luck with both-

  2. I did a cheese/apple day yesterday. I like that you can eat all day! :) But I'm reading that multiple correction days shouldn't be done in a row. Oops. I had done them in a row. How have you done them before? More than one correction day in a row ok?
