I have completely lost track of the day # in phase 4 now.
Cheese and apples yielded good results. Slowly plugging away. Very light TOM issue but with me TOM has commitment issues. He's here then he's gone then he shows back up at my bathroom door.
I will write more later. I want to comment on a couple of ya'lls comments. My son is in the other room and keeps yelling for mommy to come play trains with him.
I did get a better full body picture though at NOLA running of the bulls. Hopefully it will help me see the difference if I am able to lose more weight in another round. As you all can see in the picture I carry a lot of my weight in my shoulders and back. Like a camel!
Me Getting Ready to Bat some ass. Yes I'm wearing bottoms, it's just they are THAT short of shorts. Actually they're panties but I use them as my derby shorts. Cellulite is welcome in roller derby.
