Three days down, 20 more to go. I'm just going to take this one day at a time. Surprise, surprise, I've been hungry. I expected that. What I've done to help a little bit is take a couple of bites of an apple in the morning, push lunch until 1:00-1:30 pm, snack 3:30-4:00 pm, dinner at 7pm, last snack at 9-10 pm. The late snack has really helped me not get crazy hungry at night when I think it gets worse and when the Ambien makes me weak. I am getting light headed during roller derby but I'm taking it really easy. I mean super easy. I actually feel less hungry during roller derby but light headed. I'm really trying to keep my water intake high. I've noticed it's difficult for me to keep drinking water all day. It's a real effort. I'm also allowing myself 1/2 cup of Mootopia milk with my coffee. I'm wondering if bumping up my calorie intake a little bit more help me not feel as hungry. I have also started taking potassium/magnesium supplement. I'm sill taking the Dexatrim. So that's the low down. We'll see if any of the additional calories affect my loss. I'm still a ways off from my R2 last injection weight (LIW). One day at a time.

  1. That is a great loss. Good plan on taking it one day at a time - it is easier to deal with than thinking in longer chunks of time. Just keep on truckin and keep an eye on the light headedness. Do not want you to pass out while skating - you never know who might show up to give you CPR!!!
