Round 2 VLCD #35

I ate last night. I had to eat. I was feeling a bit too weak and way too hungry. I saw it on the scale this morning. I ate a almond flour "breaded" drumstick without the skin, about 6 almond flour snickerdoodle cookies with pecans, 1 almond flour matzo ball, and decaf coffee with about 3 TBS of milk. All homemade stuff. But I have to admit, this morning I felt incredible. I could tell I was retaining water, my fingers were swollen. I also skated for about an hour outdoors last night. I'm sure that assisted in pushing me over the hunger edge. I was able to keep to the diet today and I didn't do any roller skating. I think tomorrow will be my last injection day so I can eat for my last roller derby game on Sunday. I'm so unsteady on my skates due to weak muscles. I will see though. I didn't reach my goal of 130 lbs this round. That's ok though. It was a tough round. I went to my doctor's office for a check up on Monday and my blood pressure was a little bit low, I was a little bit jaundice and my sugar was at 140! Ge'ez. And that's way before I ate the snickerdoodle cookies. So I might just get to 135 lb. I do look forward to eating! I'm about to remake those snickerdoodle cookies with Stevia only. I will let you all know if I can make the batch work out ok and what the recipe is!

  1. I LOVE snickerdoodles!! Yes please post if they turn out good! What brand of almond flour do you buy?

  2. I'm still working on that snickerdoodle recipe. I have a feeling if I can get the snickerdoodle down I can make a breakfast cereal if I make a batch small and crunchy like crackers. I'm working on it! :)
