I was going to write earlier in the week but it was a bit boring. I'm maintaining but I can't get to the LIW of 136.6 lbs. I don't think I'm moving that 140 so I'll let it be. I did a steak day on Sunday because I was really hungry on Saturday and ate late. The scale reflected it. I still take the diet pills though I notice I'm taking them less now. I'm a bit less jaundice and attempting to eat more vegetables and lean protein though I really crave nuts. Walnuts, pecans, whatever. I also crave fatty cow meat. :) I'm happy with meat and cheese.
I finally went to the store to buy new pants. I was wearing a very tight 8 or a just right 10. I figured I would get another 8 or a 6 since my pants were fitting so lose. I was a size 4! A size 4!!! I've NEVER EVER EVER been a size 4 in my life. When I played tennis for school I was a size 16. I was actually the most fit and in shape back then. In college I was a size 12 to 14. After having my kids I had liposuction after I had lost my pregnancy weight and began to have more problems with hypoglycemia and thyroid tumors. I didn't care where they took the fat cells I just wanted them out. But I went down to a size 8-10. NOW, ge'ez I couldn't believe it... a 4. I didn't want to commit to a size 4 yet. I bought one pair of jeans. Really stretchy jeans.
3 more days of phase 3 and then the scary part of adding sugar and carbs comes into play. I'm thinking a half of a banana to start. I can use the potassium.
I start my physical fitness bootcamp again in June. It's usually 3x a week for 1.5 hrs each time. It's outside in the hot TX sun. One day last summer it was 109 at 6:30 pm here. If I can't keep my weight down with roller derby 3x a week and boot camp in a hot sauna 3x a day I'm going to go nuts. Nuts? Did any say nuts?! Yum.....
Congrats on the size 4! Wow - 140 is exactly where I am aiming for.

LOL! I live in AZ and 109 is common in the hot months here! It get so hot that when the wind blows it feels like the air from a hot oven!! LOL!
