Round 2 VLCD Day #7

I was better yesterday and was rewarded with a 1 pound loss. I did eat a very small zucchini almond flour muffin though. I make them with almond flour, agave nectar/stevia combo, and tons of ground zucchini. It does contain butter, eggs, and 24 hour yogurt. I ate it pretty late at night so I'm really happy that the weight loss was still there. I started making things with almond flour recently and have found it to be so yummy. I can't wait until I get back on Phase 3 as we are aloud to use almond flour. I will post recipes I use and pictures. I have a feeling that the yogurt will be "legal" on phase 3. I make it myself and leave it for 24 hours so that the yeast break down all the sugar into a one chain sugar and it's easier to break down. I have a feeling that brings down the sugar content/GI in the yogurt. I'm not sure though. I made some with fat free half and half and it turned out like Greek yogurt. I also found a "pasta" that was ok to use in Phase 3! Ok, so it's not pasta but it's a pretend pasta. Spaghetti squash! I didn't know there was a squash out there that when boiled made spaghetti strands. I posted a picture of it. If anyone is interested I can add some recipes before I get to phase 3. I know that someone had a difficult time posting to my blog so I"m not sure if there is a setting I don't have correctly. If that's the case I apologize.
