Today's Weight: 140.6 lbs
Back in the 140's. I knew it would happen. I actually ate 4 mini chocolate chips last night inside some homemade yogurt. I ate some 8 pecans too though. And I ate 1 bite of almond flour bread that had some honey in it. I was hungry and tired after roller skating for 2 hours straight. I as I was putting blister bandaids on my open blisters I got really dizzy. I was sure my sugar was dropping. My hands started shaking too. So I shook my way to the fridge. No biggie. It's noon today and I'm doing and feeling much better. I'll eat lunch soon and no roller skating for me today. I also tend to get water weight gain if I skate a few hours, especially if I get blisters.
